Brendan Birdsong 1ecd8cc4b5 Bug 1906003 - PPA API - Fix async issue in JS Module r=cbguder 
This change fixes a bug in the PPA API's that causes multiple source/target impressions not to store properly in the data store due to a promise being returned instead of the evaluation of the statement in the compareImpression function. This causes an issue where we cannot handle multiple ads / suppliers running at the same time.

The plan is to release this in the Fx 128 dot release.

Jim Blandy 5ecccc4fbb Bug 1896186: Properly validate arguments to `GPUBuffer.getMappedRange`. r=webgpu-reviewers,nical,ErichDonGubler 
Align validation in `dom::webgpu::Buffer::GetMappedRange` to
correspond with that given in the WebGPU specification. Change
variables to more closely resemble the terms used in the
specification.

Change `dom::webgpu::Buffer::mArrayBuffers` to an `nsTArray` of a new
struct `MappedView`, which carries enough information to properly
validate requests for mapped ranges. Update all uses. Provide an
`nsTArray_RelocationStrategy` specialization for `MappedView`.

Add a new mochitest, `test_buffer_mapping_overlapping_views.html`.

This patch implements a new mechanism to evict data in a case where all
data in the buffer are already old and evictable. In this case, we will
automatically calculate how many data we need to evict in order to let
buffer back to the size we expect.

- Remove redundant check for `regRename` pref when deciding whether to show set default guidance notification
- Update guidance notification test helper to set `setDefaultBrowserUserChoice` to the same value as `...regRename` to make tests that include one-click being enabled more accurate.

These updates should not change the user experience.

Sebastian Zartner 832dbb51c4 Bug 1551580 - [devtools] Handle float-related issues in inactive CSS. r=devtools-reviewers,fluent-reviewers,flod,nchevobbe. 
The `clear` property currently only applies to block-Level elements, not to floats, regions, or pages, because the related CSS Page Floats Module (https://www.w3.org/TR/css-page-floats-3/) is not implemented yet.
For the same reason, we don't check `float-offset` and `float-defer` at the moment.

Julian Seward 2af0570645 Bug 1903539 - part 02 - fix up memory reporting methods following bug 1891182. r=rhunt. 
Bug 1891182 majorly mashed around source metadata management for wasm and
asm.js, resulting in breakage to various memory reporter routines.  This patch
is a best-effort attempt to fix up sizeOfExcludingThis() for
CodeMetadataForAsmJSImpl, CodeMetadata and ModuleMetadata.
Module::initGCMallocBytesExcludingCode has also been changed.

Julian Seward 9b55de095c Bug 1903539 - part 01 - move Module::{dataSegments_, elemSegments_, customSections_} to ModuleMetadata. r=rhunt. 
This patch removes Module::{dataSegments_, elemSegments_, customSections_} and
adds ModuleMetadata::{dataSegments, customSections} instead.
ModuleMetadata::elemSegments already exists but was only used during module
generation.

The new code does the obvious thing -- those fields now live permanently in
ModuleMetadata.  This was mostly straightforward, apart from a bit of
hoop-jumping in the deserializer, due to a circular dependency: Code must be
deserialized before ModuleMetadata so as to make types available, but Code
needs to have its codeMeta().nameCustomSectionIndex field set by using info
from ModuleMetadata.

A few comments have been tidied up.
