scc%netscape.com bca9589968 removed errant |QueryInterface()|s in favor of appropriate macros, as part of bug#23737. Changed |NS_DEFINE_IID| to |NS_DEFINE_CID| where appropriate; or else removed it, and fixed up clients to use |NS_GET_IID| in the appropriate spots. pavlov%netscape.com 4105801cb0 add ScrollRect method to nsIWidget -- implimented on linux and stubbed in nsBaseWidget for mac and windows. Added ifdef'd scrolling code that makes scrolling really fast on linux. Updated nsIWidget.idl (not built) to merge some changes from a branch and added ScrollRect.
