This annotates fixed layers with the margins that have been applied from
nsIPresShell->GetContentDocumentFixedPositionMargins. Using SyncViewportInfo
in CompositorParent, this allows for async fixed position margin setting.
Offset fixed layers in the compositor so that the toolbar in Firefox for Android
doesn't obscure them. This does not affect layout, so input on the elements in
said layers will appear broken.
There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.

Our gfxPattern cache is currently way too specific, which causes lots of
unnecessary cache misses. The only thing that we actually need to key on is the
color stops.
This switches the cache to hold GradientStops instead of gfxPatterns. This
improves our cache hit rate and is simpler. It also avoids doing caching when
not using Azure, which currently has no benefit.
