Rewrite RectCornerRadii::operator==() and RectCornerRadii::AreRadiiSame() by
explicitly expand all the comparisons, and rewrite other explicit for-loops
with NS_FOR_CSS_FULL_CORNERS.

Because the new function checks types, we need to change the fullCorner type
in nsComputedDOMStyle::GetEllipseRadii() and
StyleAnimationValue::ExtractComputedValue() from uint8_t to |Corner| to fix
build error.

For those cpp files, it's sufficient to use Corner to refer to
mozilla::Corner.

The only change is that NS_PRECONDITION is replaced by MOZ_ASSERT to prevent
Types.h depends on nsDebug.h.

The postfix operator++ was actually incorrectly implemented as a prefix
version. Since it's only used in NS_FOR_CSS_SIDES, let's changed it to
prefix version.

This patch was written with the help of the following script. Also, manually
add mozilla qualifier to the enum values in nsStyleCoord.h, gfxRect.h, and
Types.h to make it build.
function rename() {
find .\
-type f\
! -path "./obj*"\
! -path "./.git"\
! -path "./.hg"\
\( -name "*.cpp" -or\
-name "*.h" \)\
-exec sed -i -e "s/$1/$2/g" "{}" \;
}
rename "NS_SIDE_TOP" "eSideTop"
rename "NS_SIDE_RIGHT" "eSideRight"
rename "NS_SIDE_BOTTOM" "eSideBottom"
rename "NS_SIDE_LEFT" "eSideLeft"

This patch:
- Makes the following substitutions (plus necessary namespace qualifiers:
gfxImageFormat::ARGB32 --> SurfaceFormat::A8R8G8B8_UINT32
gfxImageFormat::RGB24 --> SurfaceFormat::X8R8G8B8_UINT32
gfxImageFormat::A8 --> SurfaceFormat::A8
gfxImageFormat::RGB16_565 --> SurfaceFormat::R5G6B5_UINT16
gfxImageFormat::Unknown --> SurfaceFormat::UNKNOWN
- Changes gfxImageFormat to be a typedef to gfx::SurfaceFormat. This will be
removed soon.
- Removes gfxCairoFormatToImageFormat() and gfxImageFormatToCairoFormat() and
replace calls to them with CairoFormatToGfxFormat() and
GfxFormatToCairoFormat().
- Removes ParamTraits<gfxImageFormat>.
- Add namespace qualifiers to SurfaceFormat instances where necessary.

We have both NativeSurfaceType::CAIRO_CONTEXT and
NativeSurfaceType::CAIRO_SURFACE. They both refer to DrawTargets with Cairo
backends. The only reason for having both is so you can call GetNativeSurface()
and get either the |cairo_t*| or the underlying |cairo_surface_t*|.
I argue that this convenience confuses things more than it helps. This patch
removes CAIRO_SURFACE, and adds explicit cairo_get_target() calls where
necessary.

The conversion is as follows:
- GraphicsFilter::FILTER_NEAREST == gfx::Filter::POINT
- GraphicsFilter::FILTER_GOOD == gfx::Filter::GOOD
- GraphicsFilter::FILTER_BEST == gfx::Filter::LINEAR
Also typedef GraphicsFilter to gfx::Filter; this will be removed in the next
patch.
These changes mean ToFilter() and ThebesFilter() are no longer needed.
