In nsCSSRendering::PaintStyleImageLayerWithSC, we reuse the same clip-state
object, clipState, for all bg/mask layers. We hit this assertion if the
border-radius of previous one is not 0, but the the border-radius of the next
one is 0. In this condition, clipState.mHasRoundedCorners is false, but
clipState.mClippedRadii still stores border-radius information of the previous
layer.

This will allow us to verify the entire detection pipeline in real nightly
builds, which will give us confidence that real heap corruption will be
detected and reported properly.

This is a relative of Bug 988605, with an exception that instead of going the whole way
and ensuring pickled data is kept up-to-date as Nick proposed, this patch simply ensures that
we pickle as soon as possible, with a goal of eliminating pickle races. The end goal is to kill
off pickling entirely, and so the assumption here is that this workaround is good enough
in the meantime.

This patch also ensures that we won't accidentally try stopping slow scripts
when we're shutting down the watchdog manager.

Normally, we should not serialize if the line direction points downwards. Unprefixed and
-webkit- prefixed syntaxes use only Keyword enum for line direction and we check them already.
But -moz- prefixed linear gradients can store position too. Therefore it's stored inside
`LineDirection::MozPosition` and we should check that for consistency between other gradients.

If Firefox crashes while mochitests or reftests are running, Marionette
will trigger an IOError exception which currently gets logged immediately,
and causes no post-test checks to be performed. This results in missing
crash and leak checks, and an unclear failure message on Treeherder.
With this change only the IOError from Marionette gets deferred until
all post-test checks are done. This fixes the failure messages, and will
put PROCESS_CRASH or leak log output first.

As we're going to enable stylo on Android at some point, we'll have to
have thread local arenas there, which means Android needs to be using
thread local storage. Since Android is the last use of NO_TLS in the
allocator code base, remove it.
