Ben Hearsum 346632d092 Bug 1816445: improve defaults to release promotion action task r=jcristau Two main issues I've found: 1) release_promotion_flavor is required, but has no default, so it doesn't show up in the default list of fields 2) The decision task ended up failing because partner repacks were enabled, but I didn't provide partner repack config. We should default these to disabled (any production use case explicitly sets them, so this should be harmless and no-opt to those).
