Matt Howell 0a2b8ab1cf Bug 1465212 - Fix command line parameter checking in ExecInExplorer plugin. r=agashlin Because of a silly logic error I made in bug 1494900, the optional command line parameter support introduced there doesn't actually work at all; I reversed the sense of the check for the NSIS stack being empty. This directory was created for code which is used in the Mozilla project in
some way but is not under the MPL or a compatible license like the Apache 2,
BSD or MIT licenses.

It is _NOT_ for "all non-MPLed code".

Before putting any new code in here, please consult licensing@mozilla.org. It
is quite likely that this is not the right place.
