David Major 029c3f2a24 Bug 1561822 - Clean up a workaround for frame pointer flags in aarch64 clang-cl r=froydnj ... Glandium pointed out that we're actually using the same flag for both `enable=` and `disable=`. Oops. It turns out that we don't need this code anymore anyway, since the needed patch got merged to clang 8.0.0 [0], which we now require [1].
