nisheeth%netscape.com 5c883a4105 Added Get/Set methods to content IDs. An ID is used as a key to store state information about a content object and its associated frame object. The state information is stored in a dictionary that is manipulated by the frame manager (nsIFrameManager) inside layout. sdagley%netscape.com 080ec0a8fd We now propogate the return value received from NewChannelFromURI rather than just returning NS_OK from nsChromeProtocolHandler::NewChannel. This fixes the crash when opening bookmarks on Mac with a missing bookmarks.dtd file (and probably other similiar ones).
