gethostbyXXX_r or if the gethostbyXXX functions return the result
in thread specific storage.  Did this for AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, OSF1,
Linux, and Solaris.
Modified files: AIX.mk, HP-UX.mk, IRIX.mk, OSF1.mk, _linux.h,
_solaris.h, and prnetdb.c
