Changed this GetProcessDirectory to return an allocated nsIFile.

1.  When opening a file via the OpenArchiveWithFileDesc() you can not
    delete the file descriptor.
2.  Mode was wrong for the extract routine.

nisheeth%netscape.com e468aef1ea r=vidur. Add support for a new pref "layout.reflow.async.afterDocLoad" that enables async reflow in the pres shell only after the document is done loading.
