Incorrect markup used with the `.radio` class. The correct markup structure is `.radio>label>input[type="radio"]`

Bootstrap's .radio class requires the use of a specific DOM structure which matches the CSS selector .radio>label>input[type="radio"]. Using the .radio class with a different DOM structure can cause problems.

Right:
