feature: add view model change observables to android ReactiveRecyclerViewViewHolder ( #2133 )

* Added properties to return the view model of the item selected rather than the integer of the position
Thus eliminating the need to have a collection to get the ViewModel from.
This is helpful when using IObservable<IChangeSet<TViewModel>> as we don't have a list if it has been sorted during the Dynamic Data connection

fix: Replace default `MainThreadScheduler` on UAP ( #2100 )

See #2092 , #2032 for more info. This replaces the usage of
`WaitForDispatcherScheduler` and `CoreDispatcherScheduler` with a
scheduler that explicitly dispatches to the main app window regardless
of how many windows are created by the application.
