* Remove puente: add necessary babel configuration instead
* Update comment
* We don't actually need lstrip, and it breaks a bunch of our templates
* Comment why we are doing this
* Remove obsolete test (the setting is gone, this is done in babel.cfg now)
* Add tests. We don't actually need the silent bit
* Set ORGANIZATION, limit paths to src/olympia
