David Keeler 3cd3e496aa bug 1079436 - fix validThrough as returned by VerifyEncodedOCSPResponse r=briansmith 
validThrough should now be the time through which, if passed in as the given
time to validate an OCSP response at, VerifyEncodedOCSPResponse will still
consider it trustworthy. After that time, it will be expired. This makes it
so the OCSP cache compares validity period responses consistently with
mozilla::pkix.

Gregory Szorc 3a3c77e162 Bug 1103052 - Remove traces of RBTools; r=mconley 
We previous added support for RBTools in bug 943747 and bug 945577. Now
that we have MozReview, this functionality is next to useless. MozReview
is the future. So, we remove the old RBTools code.

Boris Chiou fe464f5aa9 Bug 1096139 - Create websocket dynamically after we enable Layerscope. r=dglastonbury 
We have to create the websocket if it doesn't exist after enabling
Layerscope. Therefore, we don't have to reboot the device anymore.

1. Remove the Init and DeInit in CreateCompositor and DestroyCompositor
   to prevent some unwanted deInits on the browser. (Our browser often
   calls DestroyCompositor)
2. Initize websocket only when we need it.
