When F12 is disabled, if the user presses this key we show a notification hanging below the Firefox Hamburger menu.
This anchor was chosen because this is where the users can normally find the Web Developer menu.
Note that they could also open DevTools via another keyboard shortcut, even if it's not mentioned in the message.
Pressing on F12 again hides the message. The message will be displayed again if the user presses F12 again (ie, F12 is a toggle and the message is not just a one shot)

As noted by Jamie, accessible labels for richlistitem elements come from the
label elements that have value attributes within them.
In bug 1608202, we accidentally reused the same fluent message for the buttons
in about:downloads and the library download view (DownloadsViewUI.jsm) and
the context menuitems that do the same thing. This meant that
those menuitems gained a tooltip they shouldn't have, and the buttons gained
a label and accesskey they shouldn't have. The latter caused the
accessibility regression described in the bug.
This patch separates out the two usecases for the same string. I also checked
the other l10nIds used in DownloadsViewUI.jsm, and as far as I can tell this
is the only one that is reused in this way.

Microsoft supports using both old and new Edge in side-by-side (SxS) mode so both migrators should be supported if they have data.
Also rename the existing EdgeHTML Edge migrator to "Microsoft Edge Legacy" to allow disambiguation. This is the name Microsoft uses in side-by-side (SxS) mode.

Bug 1601806 - Remove installer check for running instances before launching new instance. r=agashlin

At the end of any successful install, both the stub installer and full installer
(in interactive mode) attempt to launch the newly installed copy. But currently,
they first check if any copy of Firefox [1] is already running, and skip doing
that launch if so. The reason for this is that it used to be the case that no
two instances of Firefox could ever be running under default conditions because
there was only one default profile and it would be in use. It's clear that this
is the reason for the check because an exception is made for Developer Edition,
which had its own default profile and so wasn't subject to this restriction.
But now, we have per-install profiles by default, so there's no longer any need
to have this check, because launching the new instance won't be blocked by the
fact that there's already an instance running; all we're doing is creating
false positive prompts for something that isn't an issue anymore. So, this
patch removes the check and the prompt.
[1] At least that's the intent, but because of bug 1600905 we're actually now
checking for any Gecko-based product, because that's the best we can now do.

I also took the opportunity to fix the SSL proxy label - we shouldn't label
things "SSL" anymore in 2019, unless they really are. All the comments in
bug 969282, bug 1577862 and bug 1601871 use 'HTTPS'.
