The call site is responsible for indicating whether or not the APZC should respect
the force-disable flag in the APZCs. This is because we only want to respect that
flag when doing visual transforms (similar to how scrollinfo layers work) and not
when doing transforms on input events.

computed properties panel, which is quite slow. As the 'Browser styles' checkbox
is already tested in its own test, we can remove it from here, and adapt this test

This is a internal-only syntax for guarding rules from a boolean
preference. Nothing causes @supports rules to be re-evaluated except
html.css registered in Part 2.
This is needed for rendering the disclosure triangle of the
summary element by using "display: list-item".
Usage example:
@supports -moz-bool-pref("dom.details_element.enabled") {
/* css rules */
}
