Revert back to using a private method (SelectAllContents()) which implements a select all of the text widget contents by manually creating a range and adding it to the selection. This avoids triggering the autocomplete selection listener, which listens for a selection reason of SELECTALL_REASON. This change should be undone once the autocomplete listener is modified to distinguish between a programatic select all and one generated by a user gesture.

Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface). These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

- getCellAt() now checks for correct mouse coordinates and sets row value
to -1 for invalid coordinates.

work-in-progress for select dropdown widget. Respond to a custom event fired by the content node to notify us of a selection change. Notify the content node when an item is selected in the popup. Not turned on by default.

Replace the BodyFixupRule with code in nsCSSRendering to fix all the problems with dynamic style changes and backgrounds on the root element and the BODY element. Change the way the HTMLDocumentColorRule (for the table color quirk) is initialized since it used to depend on the BodyFixupRule. b=116161 (also fixes other bugs) r=attinasi sr=hyatt

Initial checkin of XBL select widget (listbox) code (bug 112713).

Summary of changes:
- Removed old XBL form control cruft.
- Made nsOutlinerContentView accessible from content scripts.
- Created a new interface, nsIDOMNSXBLFormControl which exists to allow a
select element to have an outliner box object.
- Factored out nsChildIterator into its own file.
- Added support to the outliner content view for having option elements
directly inserted in the outliner.
- Cleaned up pixel/twip conversions in outliner.
- Added support for intrinsic width for outliner.

default.
