- Added aIsSynchronous arg to the ScrollSelectionIntoView()
method of nsISelectionController and nsIFrameSelection.
Updated all callers to pass new arg.
- Modified selection to post a plevent to call which does the
call to ScrollIntoView() in the async ScrollIntoView() case.
- Edits in text widgets now use asynchronous reflow, paint,
and scroll processing full time.
- Removed redundant ScrollSelectionIntoView() calls in the
editor event listeners.
- Editor IME code now forced to flush reflows and paints before
getting caret coordinates.

Fix for bug 124990, Add additional processing loop for DOM event listeners to allow browser level handlers to be fired after content based listeners. r:saari, sr:jst

Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface). These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

Initial checkin of XBL select widget (listbox) code (bug 112713).

Summary of changes:
- Removed old XBL form control cruft.
- Made nsOutlinerContentView accessible from content scripts.
- Created a new interface, nsIDOMNSXBLFormControl which exists to allow a
select element to have an outliner box object.
- Factored out nsChildIterator into its own file.
- Added support to the outliner content view for having option elements
directly inserted in the outliner.
- Cleaned up pixel/twip conversions in outliner.
- Added support for intrinsic width for outliner.

Make the line list doubly linked and access it through a list class and iterators.
Stop recomputing margins on all of the children of each block in the reflow chain (which causes O(N^2) state recovery during incremental reflow). Instead, add a second dirty bit to the lines and walk backwards through the line list to recompute vertical margins only when either dirty bit is set and the previous line was not reflowed. Add nsIFrame::IsEmpty to identify frames through which margins collapse.
Fix O(N^2) propagation of float damage by maintaining a set of intervals damaged by floats (bug 61962) and be sure to damage the correct areas (bug 48138).
Introduce nsCollapsingMargin to do correct collapsing of combinations of positive and negative margins (bug 50142).
Clean up some odds and ends and fix another smaller O(N^2) problem in nsBlockFrame::AddFrames.

Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Make LABEL act like an inline element rather than inline-block by removing lots of special (and not-well-tested) logic from nsLabelFrame and making it inherit from nsInlineFrame. Disabling the auto radio seleciton and fixing a bug if it ever gets turned on

The bug is that when printing you don't want to do the auto default selection stuff because
it ends up calling into the DOM and changing the radios on the page.

Bug 83065: Fix file corruption uploading to PHP driven sites by turning of Content-Transfer-Encoding header by default (can be enabled by a pref), and fix security hole by not sending full file path when uploading file. Some sites were also assuming that UN*X browsers would not send the full path (as Navigator 4.x did not) so this fixes them. Bug 68321: Remove nsSecureBrowserUIImpl from form submit observer list on destruction, and ignore failures when enumerating observer list. These failures were causing spurious NS_ERROR_INVALID_POINTER messages on the console, and preventing form submission. This is part 1 of 2, simply ignoring the error return codes in nsFormFrame when enumerating the observer list. So a timer is native created and the DealWithPopups is called there.

Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load.
