Fix for Unicode conversion problem for reply-to header (it removes incorrect/unnecessary conversion).

For Bcc, it adds to encode the header as MIME to prevent creating header as raw UTF-8.
Also avoids an extra copy for Bcc when the identity is not specified (in nsMsgCompose.cpp).

Fixing bug 120899. Changing the NS_WARN_IF_FALSE() macro so that it can't be mis-used in optimized builds. This change makes the macro not usable in expressions that are supposed to be evaluated in release code since the macro now expands to nothing in non-debug builds. XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. the problem is the standard url parser no longer allows us to use illegal
uris. '_' is an illegal character in a URI (and URL) scheme.

Fix for bug 88079 and bug 57902. As write to file is done using a buffer, we need to check the return code of the flush to be sure we phisically wrote the data to disk. Also check the file size when we are done writing to avoid sending empty mail. In the case we fetch a local file, verify that the file path is a valid file and not a directory. R=varada, SR=bienvenu

Fix for bug 96386. When a generic or unknown error occures while posting a message, we should report a post error instead of a send error. Also, the send unsent message listener should not display errors. Finally, the Display Send Report function should avoid displaying twice the same string. R=varada, sr=mscott
