Myk Melez	57eaf09cd1	reenable incomplete localizations so they show up in WTS (web translation service on babelzilla.org) when we upload development builds to that service (without us having to modify those builds each time we do the upload); the incomplete localizatians need to be disabled for release branches so we don't release with incomplete localizations, but they can remain enabled (even though they don't work) on the default branch, where we do ongoing development	2009-01-15 14:19:14 -08:00
